Meet the TEam
Gary Naugle Jr.
1st Vice President
Senior production manager and estimator of 33 years. His skills include trade work, design, estimating, production management, and troubleshooting.
Mike McMillen
Vice President
Sales manager and estimator of 29 years. He has skills in the trades, design, estimating, and production management. With a B.S. in Communications and Advertising from S.E. Missouri State University, Mike is a certified lead renovator and remodeler.
Shawn Naugle
Assistant Secretary and Vice President
Is the comptroller and New Home Production Manager of 23 years. His skills include trade work, business and production management, accounting, job costing, and design. Shawn holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri.
Gary Naugle Sr. (deceased)
General Manager of 55 years and second-generation builder and remodeler. Gary remodeled for and during his military service, working in the remodeling and building industry as a contractor in the St. Louis area, then moved to mid-Missouri in 1969. He was also a licensed real estate broker and a certified remodeler. His integrity and attention to detail continue to be the foundation of Naugle Co Homebuilding & Remodeling.
